There is nothing more frightening then trying to find a place to take your children when you have to be away from them.
I looked at so many facilities. Places that would just let me walk in without questioning who I was or places that didn’t seem to be as clean or nice as I would have thought.
When I started this process I was pregnant with my first child and knew I would have to return to work shortly after she was born. Who would care for her, love her, and teach her to be a wonderful little person? I’m so blessed to have found Small Blessings. It is so much more then
a daycare center. It is a place that has loved my children, and taught them so much...from reading to just general kindness.
As soon as I walked in a weight lifted off my shoulders. There was a safety factor, I couldn’t just step in and peak around… I couldn’t even get in unless escorted; it was friendly and a truly lovely quality childcare center. The people were wonderful. The classrooms were clean and seemed so pleasant and offered so many different things for my kids.
The infant program was sweet and offered such wonderful people to care for the most important things in the world to me. They encouraged me to pop in whenever I wanted. That made leaving so much easier. To this day, I would rather be at home with my girls but since I can’t be, the second best place for them and for my husband and I is Small Blessings.
It has been 6 years now and my oldest daughter has left Small Blessings full time and is in grade school (but remains enrolled in the school age program for school breaks!) and my second daughter is still with Small Blessings full time. I can’t express how much I love this place. The people are wonderful; I’m blessed to call a lot of the teachers there my friends. They know my name and most of the parent’s names, they know my kids and my kids know everyone there as well…. The day my oldest daughter left to go to her Kindergarten, it was such a hard day for us all, she spent her first 6 years with all of these people and she loved them so much. She still loves to go back and visit…. The teachers are always so excited to see her and she to see them.
My youngest loves to go to school every morning to see her teachers and friends. She loves to walk in and gets lots of hugs from her teachers. When I pick her up everyday her teachers will say they love her and they truly do…
I recommend Small Blessing to everyone looking for a safe, fun and loving environment for their kids.
Thanks so much to you all… You do an amazing job!!
Love,
