Lee Ann Balta
Lee Ann spent the early part of her life in Human Resources helping supervisors find the right hirees, supporting policy and procedure development, and supervising key general ledger accounts.
Later in life, Lee Ann received advanced training in early childhood education and now is the director of Small Blessings. She developed the existing program from concept, through building phase, to a self sustained program. She currently plans and manages finances as well as develops administrative policies and procedures.
In addition to leading her staff of over 40 educators, Lee Ann also acts as liaison for state and local regulatory agencies.
Lee Ann implements and manages a developmentally appropriate curriculum, recruits applicants, trains new staff members and implements an in-service training program for staff. Other specialties include planning and implementing a health, nutrition and security program for the center.
Lee Ann is sought after as a speaker for corporations, churches, and non-profits interested in bringing early childhood education programs to members. Some of Lee Anns presentations can be viewed below.
