Welcome to Small Blessings, a family focused environment where relationships are at the heart of what we do. We understand that finding a quality child care environment for your child where they will be loved and natured is a top priority as well as the stress involved in leaving them with someone who is not family. Having a relationship with your caregivers from the beginning can ease that stress for you and your child. We start that relationship here, and later as you tour our school to find out all we have to offer. Later, before your child starts at our school, we sit down with you and your child's teacher so that you can have a chance to get to know him or her before the first day. Research, and our own experience, shows that when parents and teachers have a trusting relationship, the child trusts and bonds with their caregivers faster, and the real learning can begin.

• The classrooms are continuously kept healthy and clean to promote the continued well-being of all.
• Full time Health Specialist on-site to care for ill children in our Sick Bay.
• Events throughout the year offering families and teachers an opportunity to deepen their relationships.

Is having a loving and educated staff important to your family?

• Our dedicated teachers are either working toward or have obtained an early childhood degree or equivalent.
• There are two to three teachers per room.
• A caring Health Specialist tends to ill children in a separately ventilated room.
• We have a very low turnover rate.
• We adhere to strict ratios.
• Our kitchen staff is dedicated to providing a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and two snacks daily.

Is learning an integral part of your child’s experience?

• Children are evaluated within the first 90 days in our program.
• Curriculum is tailored individually for all children, meeting them where they are and guiding them to the next level.
• Skills to aid a child throughout their lifetime, not just now.
• Basic sign language is taught to encourage early communication.
• Secure computer technology made available to preschool and school-age children.
